In terms of your service level I'd say it was exemplary. ATG provided information on every level of the transaction. It's always good to know what's happening when your buying 'blind' over the net. The packaging of the watch was excellent as well. There was little chance of damage in transit.

Have had my watch since new and this is the first time I have had a replacement strap which matches the original.
