Royal Mail International Signed For

I have used this method successfully for a few years and although items are only tracked until leaving the UK I have never had a problem This method is only available for purchases under £100.

Costs are £10 flat rate.

Royal Mail Airmail –Straps only

My experience of using this method is that the items arrive fine but typically to the US for example it can take 5 –10 days. Please bear that in mind when ordering.

UK Shipping

Special Delivery

All watches shipped in the UK will go by Royal Mail Special delivery. Next day delivery, signed for and trackable. All watches ship fully insured for £2,500 which bumps up the price but it is worth it for the peace of mind.

Costs are £7.50

Can be tracked but only available for items under £300

Royal Mail First Class

Straps in the UK are shipped first class in a padded envelope which has been the best and most efficient method for me.

Costs are: £1.50 Up to 500g

During my time selling watches I have sold and shipped hundreds of items whose values have ranged from £30 to £5,000 and I have not lost one item. There have been plenty of problems, customs in Canada on strike, DHL entering the wrong tracking number. Straps taking 12 days to get to San Francisco while the same order to New York took 3 days but rest assured, ATG will endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly and as smoothly as possible.


Orders
Orders can be placed through the online ordering system which is a secure gateway provided by HSBC which is both an International bank and a UK high street bank. 

The Purchase Process 

Go through the credit card ordering process and you will receive an email confirming your order - at this stage you have commited to buy but no funds have been transfered.

When the item you have chosen has been 'stock confirmed' your card details will be processed and on confirmation a further email will be sent confiming shipping date with pertinent tracking information.

The security provided by this facility is industry standard and is the most secure and expedient way of paying for items at ATG


However you can call and order using your card over the phone to the contact number below. Please follow up any phone order with an email outlining your order. As many of our vintage watches are 'one offs' and these are sold on a 'first come', first served' basis  I will endeavour to avoid payment clashes but in this event there will be no expenses incured for placing an order for an item already sold and I will do my best to offer an alternative.



Purchases with a credit card will not ship to a PO. Box.

ATG are based in the uk and all prices are in UK pounds. That is how you must pay and your card issuer will convert the price to your local currency at the rate they supply on the day. Use www.xe.com to gain an approximate charge.

Returns

All watches come with a return privilege, straps and accessories do not unless defective.

Any watch may be returned for any reasonable reason provided you inform me within 3 days of receipt. For a refund, the watch must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way; this includes removal of bracelet links and protective stickers. Any item supplied to special order is excluded from this returns policy.

Return postal charges are at the expense of the buyer. The refund will be made subject to compliance with the above and on receipt and inspection by me of the watch in question. If any returned item has been tampered with as specified above then I will need to make a charge to take that into consideration.

Please do not return any item without informing me you are returning it and always return the item by a mode of shipping which is both insured and requires a signature. Items returned under the returns policy should be clearly marked "Goods returned to merchant under warranty". I will refuse delivery on any package which attracts customs duty because it has not been correctly marked.
