I took your advice Alistair and decided to stop by the site and register for the forum after all. I really do like what I see here, as your taste in Vintage is exemplary!
Anyway, I've been designing watches for a few years and was doodling around in Maya and this thing began to appear out of thin air. It's fun sometimes to just let the mind wander and see what happens. I'm pretty happy with the results, as my intent was to see if I could do something unique, while staying away from the current trend in sports watches of blocky straight edges, ala AP, Hublot, etc,...
Here it is, the Atlantis Divers Watch.

Funny you should post that because when i saw it I thought of this watch by Junghans which I just happened to post a Cool Wall Poll over on the main forum.
Don't know why I reckon it has a kind of Nautilus Captain Nemo feel to it....
