Waiting for the heating engineer to turn up (having a powerflush today ) so wearing something that can take a battering.

Is that pint half full or half empty....?

Great night last night, lots of cool watches. This one for me today and for those in the UK have a good bank holiday.

We have an off-site day today doing a little Karting, so thought I would wear the brand with a little motorsport in its genes

Enjoy the (Bank Holiday) weekend.

Cheers

Wearing this one today:

Vintage Universal Geneve Unisonic-Sub (this one uses the 218 movement that is in the accutrons, but is branded UG)

Sometimes here, sometimes there, and sometimes I can't remember where

Yes, another great night and big thanks for Alistair for doing his usual kitten herding job. A great bunch of blokes and some cracking watches on show. The Bison burger was like eating an old running shoe but the beer was fine.

I'm wearing this today.

Have a great weekend and fingers crossed for a sunny bank holiday Monday.

Cheers - Simon

Heating guy has been and gone so a quick change to this.

Megaquartz 196.0030, cal. 1310 from 1972

Bad new is my central heating system is up the spout and a powerflush would just be  a waste of money . Is there a central heating engineer on the site?

Cheers,

Gary

P.S> Forgot to say a big thanks to all those that made it last night. I had a great time but my salivary glands need time to recover now . So many beautiful and diverse watches and as ever great chat, good to finally meet with Mark and Chris too.
